Print for people who need parts

1. The customer pays PrintFlows. That is a charge to PrintFlows, not to your Stripe account. PrintFlows keeps 15% of the quoted part price, never shipping or taxes.

2. We release your payout when the customer confirms delivery, or five days after a tracked delivery if they say nothing. A delivery you recorded by hand waits for their word. The customer can open a dispute for 14 days from delivery. Stripe then moves the payout to your bank on its schedule.

3. A hold means the customer's payment stays with PrintFlows while a delivery issue or dispute is open. It is not a penalty and it does not mean a transfer has been made.
